The Story Behind CG Artelier

CG Artelier is the creative home of artist Chlo, a young aspiring artist and future architecture student whose work is inspired by the places she loves, the buildings that capture her imagination, and a passion for creating art that brings love and joy to everyday spaces.

From expressive large-scale canvases and murals to delicate digital watercolour travel prints and contemporary typography collections, every piece begins with Chlo's creativity and artistic vision. As she prepares to study architecture at university, CG Artelier has become a way for her to continue developing her practice while building a creative career of her own.

Living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome means that many of the part-time jobs typically available to students simply aren't an option due to mobility issues. Instead, Chlo has turned her creativity into something meaningful – creating artwork that not only helps support her through university, but also provides an important creative outlet and source of wellbeing.

Behind the scenes is her mum, Gem, helping to keep everything running smoothly so Chlo can focus on what she loves most: creating.
